Ludhiana Branch of NIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is one of the biggest branches of the Northern Region, having more than 2000 Chartered Accountants as its members and more than 6000 CA Students. Presently Ludhiana Branch is the Best Branch on All India Basis of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
About ICAI
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body established under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No. XXXVIII of 1949) for the regulation of the profession of Chartered Accountants in India. During its 69 years of existence, ICAI has achieved recognition as a premier accounting body not only in the country but also globally, for its contribution in the fields of education, professional development, maintenance of high accounting, auditing and ethical standards. ICAI now is the second largest accounting body in the whole world.
The function of Ludhiana Branch of ICAI include holding Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Refresher Courses, Study Circle Meetings, Training Programmes, Residential Refresher Courses, Awareness Program for public, GMCS Classes, ISA Classes, ITT Classes, Orientation Programme, Coaching Classes, Cultural Activity, Sports Activities, Contest, Debate, Quiz & other programs for professional interest with a view to help the members as well as students keep themselves abreast of the development in the fast changing scenario.
